What are included in Hay4you apartments?

The apartments are fully furnished. Fresh bed linen, towels and dish cloths are provided.
They are cleaned prior to your stay and we ask you leave it nice and tidy. Additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request for a fee.

The kitchens are equipped with kitchen wear and utencils. There are dishes and cutlery to serve the maximum amount of occupants.
All apartments have internet access.

Our apartments are hand-picked and usually situated in residential or inner city neighbourhoods.
This means they all have easy access to shops, restaurants, parks and public transport.

How to book an apartment?

You can make an enquiry for specific apartments directly on our website. If your preferred apartment isn't available please fill in the assisted booking form. State your requirements and we will respond with the best possible match by email within a couple of days.

How to pay?

After confirming your booking we will require your credit card details to secure payment. If you don't possess a credit card it is possible to pay by cash during office hours or by bank transfer. You are required to pay one month in advance and subsequently on the first of each month. For short term stays we ask for payment up front.

What is included in the price?

The prices on our website include all utilities such as internet and an average use of heat and electricity. Local taxes, fresh linen and towels and also covered by the price.

Is there a deposit for damages?

We do not require a deposit for the apartments unless we estimate that there can be a specific risk. We ask you to show respect the apartment and inventory. Guests causing problems or damages will be held responsible.

Can pets live in the apartments?

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Where are your Customer Terms and Conditions?

How to change a confirmed booking?

Please call +45 2628 0825 during office hours or send an email to booking@hay4you.dk as soon as possible, so we can give you the best advise on changing your booking.

How to get the keys for the apartment?

The keys are to be collected at the Vimmelskaftet office Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12.30-4.30pm or by appointment.
Check-ins outside office hours can be arranged for a fee. All keys are to be returned to the Hay4you office unless otherwise agreed upon.

What are check-in and check-out times? 

Your apartment will be ready from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out time is 11am on the day of your departure.

How to list an apartment with Hay4you?

Please follow this link to List Your Apartment and make sure to read the practical information first. Include pictures in your submission if possible. Please note that your apartment should be available for a minimum of 6 weeks and that your apartment should be no more than 4 km from the city centre.
